We have groups starting up at odd intervals each year, depending on what becomes the latest event of choice. This is typically dependent on the desires of the people running in our training group. We are always open to a training plan for a specific event, but this is chosen by those who have our ear: so all you have to do us tug on my ear. What are you interested in? Which event do you want to run? If we can get a group interested in a race, it becomes a group training plan. Otherwise, its going to be Personal Training.
